What pricing will Dynasty Vacation Club beat?
Our Best Price on Earth Holiday Guarantee applies to current hotel packages available on the Dynasty Vacation Club website dynastyvacationclub.com.
Who will Dynasty Vacation Club accept price challenges from?
Other travel agencies, airlines or other registered businesses in your country who have an Equivalent Package available to book online. The evidence must be sent via email, include a screenshot or print out and clearly show the website where the Equivalent Package is available and also include reference to any additional fees.
What does available mean?
The Equivalent Package must be visible and bookable on the alternate website as well as the Dynasty Vacation Club website. The comparison must be for the same hotel, same length of stay, same room type, same inclusions, same dates, the same number of guests and the same taxes, booking fees and service charges.
Do I have to use the same form of payment?
You must use the same form of payment as for the Equivalent Package presented.
When can I ask Dynasty Vacation Club to match and credit?
The Equivalent Package must be presented in writing and must be available for purchase at the same time. It must also be presented prior to you booking with Dynasty Vacation Club.
How long does the verification process take?
Dynasty Vacation Club will review your comparable package within 24 hours of receipt and confirm acceptance with you within 24 hours. If we determine the Equivalent Package to be less expensive we will match the price and credit your account with AUD$50 (or equivalent). If (based on the criteria above) we do not determine the Equivalent Package to be comparable or less expensive than the Dynasty Vacation Club package, then we will work with you and present holiday options based on your preferences.
